About the role
Oversee warehouse operations, personnel, safety, and compliance in a pharmaceutical and animal health environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse teams, plan and coordinate inventory storage and distribution
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Control costs and manage budgets
- Responsible for employee development and maintaining cleanliness
- Respond to production issues and enforce policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of related experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
- Knowledge of warehouse systems, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Ability to work extended hours and participate in physical inventories
- Foster teamwork and support employee growth
