Responsibilities
- Responsible for all shop warehouse activities, and coordination with accounting, contract administration, equipment, government compliance, human resources, procurement, and project management personnel to ensure TES effectiveness, efficiency and compliance.
- Equipment scheduling / Forecasting
- CAD/CAR Reporting
- CAPEX budget & Forecast
- TES physical inventory/ reconciliation
- Overseeing Production/ Maintenance activity at warehouse
- Coordination with Project Team for TES requirement’s
- Managing warehouse operations
- Making monitoring the TES drawing changes through PECN
- Establishes and manages annual capital investment budgets
- Contributes to TES operational strategy development
- Develops financial and operational objectives within own area and ensures plans are aligned with business objectives
- Develops relationships with key internal/external stakeholders to identify emerging needs
- Influences customer and/or organizational leadership to accomplish operational objectives
- Anticipates demands to align operational priorities
- Manages resources to ensure financial objectives are met
- Associates with the Fabrication Manager, allocates staff and resources to meet objectives
- Assists Fabrication Manager in day-to-day administration of employee and Company records
- Prepares and manages annual TES warehouse overhead budgets
Qualifications
- Typically 15-20 years since first degree and 10+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years in a Operational role
- Experience in managing vendor(s)
- High degree of computer literacy (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
- Professional degree (Engineering or BS) preferred and/or equivalent work experience
