Warehouse Manager

About the role

Oversee warehouse operations including inventory control, loss prevention, and shipping and receiving documentation. Manage the rotation of inventory, prepare shipments, stage and verify incoming material, and operate powered industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods to and from designated storage areas (racks, shelves, vehicles) in an organized and efficient manner
• Notify managers of any major maintenance issues encountered
• Use Timekeeping App to ensure accurate time-management
• Comply with company safe lifting practices and standard operating procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prioritize safety
• Obtain and maintain forklift certification

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of prior warehouse and forklift experience
• Must pass background check, motor vehicle check, and drug test
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. at a time
• Able to operate GPS, electric lift, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.
• Disciplined, dependable, and resourceful team player
• Strong customer service skills
