Responsibilities
- Coach. Motivate and develop 12+ associate team
- Create. Build solution-oriented partnerships with team, peers, and customers
- Active. On the floor 80% of the time to support your team
- Critical Thinking. Make timely decisions that support both short-term needs and long-term business objectives
Requirements
- Guide. 2+ years of leadership experience, retail experience desired
- Manage. 12+ direct reports while positively engaging associates often
- Maximize. Innovate and ensure department optimally merchandised/organized
- Navigate. Complex situations where answers aren’t always black and white
- Assess. Competing priorities and make fair, practical decisions even in gray areas
- Accountability. Leverage data; inventory control, workflow efficiency, and overall team performance

Pay
$58,000/yr+ depending on experience, plus profit sharing
