Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control processes, conduct regular cycle counts, and ensure accurate stock levels for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing supplies
• Maintain efficient warehouse operations, optimizing space utilization and ensuring timely receipt and distribution of materials
• Lead and mentor a team of warehouse personnel, ensuring proper training, productivity, and adherence to company policies
• Care for order fulfillment, coordinating and overseeing order picking, packing, and shipping to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries
• Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company standards
• Identify inefficiencies in warehouse operations and implement solutions to improve workflow and productivity
• Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries of inventory
• Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels, process shipments, and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with purchasing, service, and installation teams to ensure smooth inventory flow and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or inventory control, preferably in the HVAC, electrical, or plumbing industry
• Strong ability to lead and manage a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and warehouse software
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and warehouse safety best practices
• Ability to troubleshoot warehouse challenges and implement effective solutions
