Warehouse Manager

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Direct and manage daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, storage, and fulfillment orders.
• Work with ERP Implementation department to develop and implement warehouse procedures to improve productivity, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Oversee all inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Cook with receiving documentation, inspect incoming materials, and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure shipping documentation, bills of lading, packing slips, and export paperwork are completed accurately.
• Manage inventory levels to support manufacturing demands while minimizing excess inventory.
• Notify purchasing department for any low stock items.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP/MRP system.
• Lead cycle count programs and annual physical inventories.
• Oversee order fulfillment activities to ensure on-time and accurate customer shipments.
• Cook with manufacturing, purchasing, customer service, and sales teams to prioritize orders and meet customer expectations.
• Monitor fulfillment performance and implement improvements to reduce errors and improve delivery performance.

Qualification / Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• 8+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or inventory management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in OEM manufacturing strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, shipping, receiving, and fulfillment operations.
• Knowledge of manufacturing material flow and production support requirements.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and warehouse reporting tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data and drive process improvements.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to work in a warehouse and manufacturing environment.
