Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Optimizes parts department processes
• Provides accurate and timely quotes as well as follow-up on all accounts
• Processes customer orders and estimates in a timely manner
• Responds to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Maintains an accurate and effective parts inventory control system including periodic inventory and proper counter procedures
• Analyzes and interprets internal reports related to Parts Department operations
• Ensures consistent meeting of deadlines and maintains high standards of work quality
• May be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Works collaboratively with team members to hold each other accountable, inspect work quality, and provide constructive feedback

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and organizational skills
• Strong phone and computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
• Basic understanding of financial principles relevant to Parts Department operations
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• 5 years or more of Warehouse Management experience
• Highly organized and able to meet schedules and deadlines
• Computer-oriented with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Able to pay close attention to detail
• Able to effectively communicate with customers and other employees verbally and in writing

Pay is commensurate with experience.
