About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations with a strong focus on safety, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will ensure efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery while supporting a safe, sustainable, and high-performing workplace. You will work closely with supply chain, production, procurement, logistics, customer service, and quality teams to strengthen operational performance and support business growth. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on leadership and continuous improvement initiatives across daily warehouse operations.

As Warehouse Manager, you will play an important role in building a resilient and efficient supply chain that delivers value for customers while reducing waste and improving resource efficiency. This is an onsite position located in Broken Arrow, OK.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, storage, picking, and shipping activities
  • Ensure a safe working environment by driving compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
  • Build a strong safety culture through training, risk assessments, and continuous improvement activities
  • Manage inventory accuracy and optimize warehouse processes to improve productivity, quality, and delivery performance
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators related to efficiency, service levels, costs, and inventory management
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles and data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support production planning, customer delivery, and supply chain performance
  • Support digitalization and automation initiatives that improve operational visibility and warehouse efficiency
  • Develop warehouse layouts, workflows, and storage strategies to optimize space utilization and material handling
  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams to build engagement, accountability, and high performance
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource planning to meet operational demands
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
  • Contribute to sustainability goals by reducing waste, improving energy efficiency, and supporting responsible resource use
  • Participate in global and regional operational improvement projects within the One Alfa Laval network
  • Prioritize safety, including strict adherence to company-wide safety policies and procedures, proactive promotion of safe practices, and addressing unsafe behaviors or conditions
  • Conduct yourself with professionalism, courtesy, and cooperation toward colleagues, customers, vendors, and visitors
  • Maintain full compliance with all Alfa Laval policies and procedures to sustain a respectful, safe, and productive work environment
  • Act as a trusted advisor—challenging when needed, guiding with confidence, and always keeping the long-term business strategy in focus

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, engineering, operations management, or a related field preferred with relevant experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations, including leadership responsibility
  • Proven experience driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes
  • Experience working with health, safety, and environmental standards within an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage
  • Experience leading cross-functional collaboration across operations and supply chain teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Experience with digital tools, automation, or warehouse optimization technologies is considered beneficial

Physical and Environmental Factors

  • Office environment with frequent attendance on shop floor
  • Shop Floor: Frequently exposed to outside weather conditions
  • Shop Floor: Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock and vibration
  • Shop Floor: The noise level in the work environment is often loud
  • Shop Floor: Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (Steel toe boots, safety glasses, and ear plugs)

Pay

The base salary for this role is typically $97,000.00-$114,000.00 USD.
