Warehouse Manager

Position Summary

Essential Duties and Functions

• Schedule or monitor pickup, delivery or distribution of products or materials.
• Inspect physical conditions of warehouses, vehicle fleets, or equipment and order maintenance or repairs.
• Plan, develop or implement warehouse safety and security programs and activities.
• Review invoices, work orders or demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods and to issue work assignments.
• Supervise the activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing, and shipping products or materials.
• Train warehouse personnel.
• Respond to customers' or shippers' questions and complaints regarding storage and distribution services.
• Confer with branch personnel to coordinate warehouse activities.

Technology Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and outlook.
• C competent with Microsoft Teams.
• C competent in MoverSuite.
• C competent in warehousing inventory control system

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• 3+ years related work experience.
• Forklift Certified.

Bonus Programs

• Annual Safety Bonus: $500.00 if branch has no accidents reported within the warehouse.
• Warehouse Claims Ratio Bonus: $500.00 if branch has a warehouse claims ratio of less than 3% as measured by Atlas.
• Military Warehouse Inspections Bonus: $500.00 if a score of 90% or above on each military inspection done within the calendar year.
