Pay

$18.00–$19.50 per hour, based on experience.

About the role

The Maintenance Mechanic keeps associates safe by maintaining all equipment inside the warehouses/buildings, ensuring it meets industry standards and operates efficiently according to its specific tasks. This is an entry‑level position; training will be one full month on day shift.

Responsibilities

• Obtain work schedule and daily production paperwork and prepare for operations.
• Perform daily safety checks.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on various equipment within guidelines of processes and standards.
• Maintain, replace, build, adjust, and modify the facilities, buildings, and grounds according to a set schedule and in emergency and non‑emergency situations.
• Perform general housekeeping duties and keep the maintenance area orderly and clean as required.
• At the end of the shift, secure all equipment and complete all necessary reports and paperwork.
• Participate in on‑call rotation to support warehouse operations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 6+ months maintenance and industrial repair or related experience.
• Stable work history with demonstrated reliability and dependability.
• Able to work posted schedule and initial training schedule.
• Pass post‑offer drug test and criminal background check.
