WAREHOUSE - LTL PICKER

About the role

As an LTL Picker, you work as part of a team responsible for picking items from rack bins for customer orders using a sit-down or stand-up forklift. You will move material through the warehouse, palletize and stage customer orders, and cross-train to learn other warehouse positions. At Belnick, we move to the work, allowing all employees to grow their knowledge and skill set.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM. Occasional early arrivals or late stays may be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Pick items to match customer orders
• Operate an electric sit-down or stand-up forklift
• Operate a reach truck
• Use an electric or manual pallet jack as needed
• Read and interpret pick tickets
• Maintain a high level of accuracy
• Use an RF handheld device

Requirements

• Stable work history
• At least 1 year of forklift experience
• Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines and procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs continuously
• Positive attitude
