With a strong reputation for quality and efficiency, we take pride in delivering exceptional products and service to our customers. We are seeking a Warehouse Picker to join our busy production site in Ronkonkoma, NY.

Location: Ronkonkoma, NY

Schedule: Full‑time, Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, with overtime as needed.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lb. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work from a daily picking report to fulfill orders accurately.
• Use an RF Unit to scan task numbers; the unit displays the location and quantity of each required product.
• Pick items, scan them using the RF Unit, and hand them off to the production team.
• Stack merchandise safely, placing heavier/larger items on the bottom and lighter/smaller items on top.
• Identify and report any out‑of‑stock items.
• Notify the supervisor of any items found in the wrong location.
• Handle all products with care and immediately report any damaged items to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse by disposing of trash and label backings in designated receptacles.
• Count and mark the number of pieces in each box clearly in the center of the label.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards; authority to halt production if food safety concerns arise and support investigation of any potential issues.
• Operate forklifts (sit‑down and cherry picker) as required.

Requirements

• Forklift experience required (sit‑down and cherry picker).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Stable job history and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to food safety compliance.
