Duties And Responsibilities
- Supervise daily logistics operations to support safe, timely, and accurate receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of materials and finished goods.
- Participate in shipping and receiving responsibilities while coordinating team priorities, workload, and resources.
- Support a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the logistics function.
- Lead, assist in training, and coach logistics team members while providing clear direction, feedback, and day-to-day support.
- Act as a hands-on working supervisor by directly assisting with shipping, receiving, picking, staging, and other warehouse activities as needed.
- Oversee inbound receiving, outbound shipping, warehouse organization, and material handling activities.
- Ensure inventory transactions are completed accurately, and support cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
- Maintain shipment schedules and coordinate priorities to support on-time delivery commitments.
- Prepare, verify, and process shipping and receiving documentation and help resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Partner with Operations Manager, Production, Quality, Procurement, and Order Management to resolve issues and maintain flow.
- Maintain clean, organized, and clearly labeled warehouse and staging areas.
- Promote compliance with company procedures, safety expectations, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, shipping/receiving, materials management, or supply chain operations, including prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Skills And Expectations
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
- Proficiency with ERP, inventory, shipping, or warehouse management systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work well across functions.
- Leadership in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and following through on commitments.
- Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and disciplined process execution in a hands-on warehouse setting.

Compensation
Compensation: This position offers a base salary range of $30 to $35/hr, based on experience and qualifications. The role is also eligible for a variable compensation plan.
