Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Logistics Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, drive operational efficiency, monitor key performance metrics, and support the continued growth of a high-volume fulfillment operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, quality control, inventory control, kitting, packaging, returns, and shipping.

  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse workflows and quality processes.

  • Optimize warehouse layout, storage utilization, and operational efficiency.

  • Manage fulfillment schedules and job costing to ensure accurate project profitability.

  • Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) for multiple e-commerce fulfillment programs.

  • Ensure inventory accuracy across multiple customer accounts.

  • Cook up and communicate operational updates with internal teams.

  • Manage relationships with shipping carriers and logistics providers, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight carriers, and courier services.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor warehouse associates.

  • Establish performance expectations and accountability standards.

  • Conduct regular employee performance evaluations.

  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Systems & Process Improvement

  • Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory software, and shipping platforms to manage operations.

  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements.

  • Track and report KPIs, including fulfillment accuracy, turnaround time, labor productivity, inventory accuracy, and shipping performance.

  • Partner with leadership on warehouse scalability, operational improvements, and onboarding new customer programs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of warehouse logistics management experience.

  • Strong experience with receiving, inventory management, quality control, kitting, picking, packing, returns, and exchanges.

  • Experience managing large SKU counts across multiple customer or e-commerce accounts.

  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics.

  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), shipping software, and e-commerce fulfillment platforms.

  • NetSuite WMS experience is highly preferred.

  • 5S Certification is preferred.
