Warehouse Logistics Analyst
Position/Job Description
Provide comprehensive logistics support for all warehouse operations and shipping support performed under the contract to accomplish material and system readiness. At a minimum, this will include the following integrated Product Support elements: Inventory Planning and Management, Supply Support, Packaging, Handling, Storage & Transportation (PHS&T), and OCONUS Shipping Support.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics planning and execution activities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must be able and willing to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting materials weighing up to 50 lbs., as well as work in a warehouse environment in adverse temperatures
Education Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- PREFERRED: Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field
- PREFERRED: Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from the Association for Supply Chain Management (APICS) and/or Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) from the International Society of Logistics (SOLE)
- PREFERRED: Foreign Military Sales (FMS) experience
- PREFERRED: Experience supporting a naval surface or undersea program/project office (i.e., NAVSEA, NSWC, planning yards, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Forklift license

About the Role
Manage and coordinate the logistics, procurement, and inventory management activities in the support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. Support of ex-USN, ex-USCG, and United States supplied systems to multiple countries as part of the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program.
Schedule
This is a full-time, on-site position.
Qualifications
Security Clearance Applicant must be eligible to hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.
Skills
You have excellent communication, time management, and detail-oriented skills, which you’ll use executing all logistics and supply chain activities necessary to successfully support this project, including but not limited to receipt, inventory, retention, disposition, and shipping of previously used shipboard material. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will come in handy when briefing the leadership on the status of their orders and projects.
