Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze warehouse and supply chain data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for warehouse performance.
  • Create advanced reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators such as productivity, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, on-time shipping, and capacity utilization.
  • Support warehouse leadership with data-driven recommendations to improve labor planning, workflow efficiency, and process performance.
  • Monitor and validate data integrity across warehouse management systems, ERP systems, and reporting tools, including SAP-based environments where applicable.
  • Partner with operations, inventory control, transportation, and supply chain teams to gather reporting requirements and provide meaningful analysis.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues including inventory discrepancies, shipping delays, and process inefficiencies.
  • Aid in forecasting labor and operational needs based on volume trends and business demands.
  • Standardize reporting processes and improve report automation where possible, leveraging tools such as SQL and Python for data extraction and automation.
  • Prepare presentations, summaries, and business reviews for management.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by measuring results and tracking performance against established goals.
  • Ensure reporting deadlines are met with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, Operations, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in a supply chain analyst, warehouse analyst, or logistics analyst role.
  • Strong background in supply chain analytics and warehouse operations.
  • Proven experience in report generation and advanced report building.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, charts, and data analysis functions.
  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory control processes.
  • Experience working with SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, or similar ERP/WMS platforms strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interpret large data sets and convert findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to operational and leadership teams.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
