About the role
Join our Loading team at UNFI! Essential roles in this team ensure accurate product loading and efficient operations at distribution centers.
Responsibilities
- Loads general merchandise products or supplies using a single jack and dock fork
- Works in a fast-paced environment
- Affords assistance to other departments as needed
- Promotes good working relationships by maintaining a courteous and friendly manner
- Attends work regularly and on time as scheduled
- Ensures work tasks are completed accurately
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have previous warehouse experience
- Must have previous high lift, forklift, or reach truck experience
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds, frequent bending, stooping, and lifting
- Requires good judgment for this position
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must pass a background check
Skills
- Strong understanding of products carried by UNFI
- Knowledge of loading procedures
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe work area

Pay
$22.95/hour starting pay, with potential for annual increases.
Schedule
11:00 am start time, with Sunday shift differential.

Compensation
UNFI anticipates paying the above-referenced pay rate (or within the above-referenced pay range) for this position. Actual Pay, where applicable, will depend on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, training, and any requirements under applicable collective bargaining agreements.
