We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Summary, Schedule, Pay and Benefits, Essential Duties and Responsibilities, Qualifications (maybe combine Education/Experience etc). The instructions: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. Thus we need to decide which sections to include. The posting includes Summary, Schedule, Pay and Benefits, Essential Duties and Responsibilities, Qualifications (with subparts: Education and/or Experience, Language Skills, Mathematical Skills, Reasoning Ability, Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Physical Demands, Work Environment). Also there is an EEO statement at end which we should remove. We need to decide grouping: maybe combine Qualifications subparts into a single Qualifications section with lists. The instruction: Use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for duties we can list each bullet. For requirements we can list each bullet. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details from Summary, Schedule, Pay and Benefits, Essential Duties and Responsibilities, Qualifications (including Education, Language, Math, Reasoning, Other, Certificates, Physical Demands, Work Environment). We should not include EEO. We need to avoid filler placeholder text. The posting includes some generic statements like "Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions." That's substantive? It's a standard statement but it's part of the posting; we should keep it? The instruction says remove boilerplate like EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning. The "Reasonable accommodations may be made..." is typical ADA statement; might be considered boilerplate but not explicitly listed. However it's part of Qualifications and Physical Demands sections. Might be okay to keep as it's part of the content. But we could consider it boilerplate; but it's not EEO. I'd keep it. We need to avoid duplication: The posting repeats some lines like "Additional duties may be assigned as needed." appears twice? Actually appears in duties: "Additional duties may be assigned as needed." and later "Additional duties may be assigned as needed." again? Let's check: In duties: after "Advise company Route Sales employees and external Independent Distributors, as needed, on work matters in an effort to keep communication lines open within the distribution network." then "Assist Sales Manager, as needed, at store resets, store checks, Grand and Grand re-openings." then "Additional duties may be assigned as needed." then "Adheres to safety, food safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices regulations." Then later after qualifications there is "Additional duties may be assigned as needed." again? Actually after Qualifications heading there is "To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions." Then "Education and/or Experience:" etc. Then later after "Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:" there is "At least 18 years of age. Pallet jack experience." Then "Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:" etc. Then "Physical Demands:" etc. Then "Work Environment:" etc. Then at very end "We are an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO)" which we remove. Thus we need to avoid duplicate lines: The phrase "Additional duties may be assigned as needed." appears only once in duties; I think it's only there. The duplicate might be elsewhere? Not sure. We'll just include once. Now decide sections: We could have:

      Summary

To organize and maintain the daily operation of a company warehouse. All work effects and communications are coordinated with and under the direction of the Sales Manager or District/Regional Sales Manager.

      Schedule

1:00am-10:00am - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Days and times are subject to change as business needs change, to include on days off and Holidays.

      Pay and Benefits

$19-$22/hour (based on experience) - Paid Weekly! Shift Differential (3pm-7am) - earn an extra $3.00 an hour when working 4 hours or more during that time. Example: $20 base + $3 (shift diff) = $23/hour. Weekend Premium Pay - Get time and a half on Saturday and Sunday, no matter how many hours you have for the week! Example: $20 base x 1.5 = $30/hour +$3 (shift diff if on 3rd shift) = $33/hour. Bi-Annual Profit Sharing Bonus, 401K Profit Sharing, Health Insurance (Medical, Dental & Vision), Health Savings Account, Vacation/PTO, And Much More!

We could also make a list for benefits but it's okay as prose.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities

      • Break down and organize loads for company Route Sales employees or external Independent Distributors to be picked up at warehouse site.
      • Notify sales office of order discrepancies and needed changes.
      • Obtain complete orders from the company Route Sales employees or external Independent Distributors for review by the Sales Manager.
      • Dispatch orders to the sales office according to established time standards.
      • Maintain the warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion, including ensuring warehouse floor is clear of empty pallets when company Route Sales employees or external Independent Distributors enter to begin loading.
      • Maintain proper inventory of display bins, P.O.P. signs, shelf talkers, display racks, route books, HHC and other warehouse supplies.
      • Organize and weigh stale product using pallet jack scale to check proper code and count in the presence of the company Route Sales employee or external Independent Distributor, as available. Enter weight into electronic tracking system.
      • Change individual company Route Sales employee's or external Independent Distributor's orders only in the event of an average or deficiency in product on the warehouse floor.
      • Advise company Route Sales employees and external Independent Distributors, as needed, on work matters in an effort to keep communication lines open within the distribution network.
      • Assist Sales Manager, as needed, at store resets, store checks, Grand and Grand re-openings.
      • Adheres to safety, food safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices regulations.
Note: The phrase "Additional duties may be assigned as needed." appears after Assist Sales Manager line; we should include that as a bullet as well. Actually the text: "Assist Sales Manager, as needed, at store resets, store checks, Grand and Grand re-openings. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Adheres to safety, food safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices regulations." So we need bullet for "Additional duties may be assigned as needed." and bullet for "Adheres to safety, food safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices regulations." Thus include those. Now Qualifications section: Could be a single

      Qualifications

with sub-sections? The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have one Qualifications section containing lists for Education/Experience, Language Skills, Mathematical Skills, Reasoning Ability, Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Physical Demands, Work Environment. But that might be many thin sub-sections inside. However we could combine into a single Qualifications section with multiple
        lists each preceded by a

heading? But we cannot use headings inside besides

? The instruction only says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid using

or but likely we should stick to

for major sections only. Inside Qualifications we can use

for subheadings? Might be okay to use but not required. Safer: Use

        for prose and

        • for lists. For each subsection we can have a

with bold text? Not allowed to add extra tags? Not prohibited. We'll just use

for subsection titles (like "Education and/or Experience:") and then

          • for the items. Thus Qualifications section will contain multiple

            and

. We need to ensure we preserve all substantive info: Education and/or Experience: "High school diploma or GED; or One to three months' related experience and/or training; or Equivalent combination of education and experience." Language Skills: bullet list: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Reasoning Ability: Ability o apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. (Note typo "Ability o apply" but we preserve as is.) Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: At least 18 years of age. Pallet jack experience. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Current, valid driver's license. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision. Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. We should also keep the line "Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions." appears multiple times (in Qualifications intro, Physical Demands, Work Environment). It's repetitive
