Warehouse Line Worker

About the role

We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Labor Associates to join our team. This position supports daily warehouse, production, and facility operations by assisting with material handling, assembly, packaging, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented, and committed to quality and safety.

Schedule

• 1st shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM ($15/hour)
• 2nd shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM ($16/hour)

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and products
• Assist with assembly, packaging, labeling, and inspection of products
• Operate basic hand tools and production equipment as trained
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times
• Complete tasks accurately and efficiently to meet production goals
• Support team members and supervisors with various operational needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attendance and punctuality record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
