About the role

The Lead Warehouse Operator plays a crucial role in the HVACR division, ensuring efficient and accurate material handling to meet customer needs while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Work cooperatively in a team to efficiently receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials.
• Maintain inventory standards and ensure accurate customer deliveries.
• Properly load and unload materials from trucks, maintaining inventory control.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and professionalism.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, including materials handling and stocking.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of assigned business line's products.
• Forklift certification.
• Skills and knowledge to advance career into leadership, CDL driver, or sales opportunities.

Skills

• Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Working indoors and outdoors as required by the job.
