Warehouse Lead - Eataly Houston (New Store Opening!)

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Warehouse department, including receiving, tracking, and inspecting deliveries for quality and accuracy
• Plan, organize, and supervise warehouse operations and team during assigned shifts
• Manage warehouse stock to ensure proper storage and safe, timely, and clean retrieval and delivery
• Organize stock systematically for accessibility, identification, proper temperature storage, and countability
• Maintain store-wide inventory of collateral and supplies
• Collect, organize, and send documentation arriving with shipments to the Inventory Control (IC) Associate
• Maintain records of shipment loading and unloading, transfer of goods, and related activities
• Stock merchandise; receive, prepare, distribute, and reorder internal orders
• Perform other duties as required or assigned

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail stock or warehouse supervisory experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Requirements

• Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule, often including nights and weekends
• Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending, and squatting
• Ability to lift up to 150 pounds

$21 - $23 Hourly
