Warehouse Lead (Dallas)

Key Responsibilities

• Pull, stage, and prepare orders for delivery or customer pick-up
• Receive and process daily deliveries, including labeling and documentation
• Aid in organizing workflow to meet shipment and delivery deadlines
• Cook up with internal teams including sales, customer service, and purchasing
• Utilize scheduling tools to ensure jobs and materials are ready on time
• Perform cycle counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklift and pallet jack
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Report product discrepancies, damages, or issues as needed
• Absorb deliveries as scheduled
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent GED
• Five years of experience working in a same or similar role; or An equivalent combination of education and experience
• Unrestricted Texas driver's license required
• Experience working in warehouse or construction-related environments preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug/alcohol screen following job offer

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to lift approximately 50-60 lbs regularly
• Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling
• Work in a non-temperature controlled warehouse environment
