Warehouse Lead - Customer Delivery Hub

A Lead Warehouse Associate at White Cap works in an exciting, diverse environment, meeting interesting people while contributing to the construction of America’s skyline. Responsibilities

• Coach and train junior warehouse associates on proper processes and procedures.
• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Pick, pack, and ship products to customers.
• Receive, count, and record shipment information into the system.
• Work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard as needed.
• Lift and carry material up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in a similar warehouse role.
• Forklift experience.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Spanish language proficiency (preferred).
