Warehouse Lead

We are seeking a Warehouse Lead to manage distribution operations at a facility. Responsibilities Include Training warehouse associates on duties, equipment safety, and standard proceduresOverseeing order fulfillment, receiving, stocking, returns, and shipping using RF devicesProviding daily guidance and coordinating workflow efficiencies among staffManaging inventory levels and operating motorized equipment for inventory movementAssisting with supervision tasks such as work assignments, staffing, and addressing associate concerns Qualifications And Skills High school diploma, GED, or equivalentAt least two years of relevant work experienceProficiency with reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and picker machinesStrong interpersonal, organizational skills, and attention to detailAbility to read English, understand product info, and perform basic mathBasic computer skills and ability to work independentlyFlexibility to work overtime and participate in physical inventory Compensation: $23.55 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential
