Warehouse Lead

Location: Vestal, NY – Full‑time position.

Pay

$23.00‑$25.00 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Study production schedules and estimate worker hour requirements for job assignments.
• Interpret specifications to workers and assign duties.
• Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Suggest changes in working conditions and equipment use to increase efficiency.
• Analyze and resolve work problems, or assist workers in solving them.
• Initiate or suggest plans to motivate workers to achieve goals.
• Maintain time and production records.
• Estimate, requisition, and inspect materials.
• Oversee inbound and outbound inventory control.
• Oversee driver and plant audit process.
• Perform activities of workers supervised.
• Manage and move trucks in the yard and docks.

Qualifications

• Class A license or experience handling semi‑trucks.
• Pass pre‑employment screening.
• Leadership experience (3+ years).
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, kneel, twist for the duration of an eight‑hour shift.
• Willingness to work occasional overtime on weekends to meet business demands.
• Not afraid to work hard and get dirty.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Forklift experience.

Schedule
