Warehouse Lead

About the role

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures, and managing a team of warehouse associates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the warehouse to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
• Train and mentor warehouse associates to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
• Resolve discrepancies and issues between receiving and shipping processes.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and practices.

Pay

• $18.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
