Warehouse Lead

Job Description/Responsibilities

Lead daily warehouse operations including order picking, truck loading, forklift operation, inventory management, and customs bonded warehouse entries and withdrawals.

Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, TTB, and Customs regulations while upholding food safety, quality, and environmental standards across the warehouse.

Cook outbound shipments and incoming stock, verifying production counts, quality controlling all outgoing product, and resolving inventory issues.

Drive team performance by utilizing KPI boards, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and actively developing the skills of those around you.

Required Qualifications/Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent, Bachelors preferred
• 2 years of experience in distribution, warehousing, and/or transportation
• 1 year of experience in a leadership, training, or subject matter expert capacity
• Solid computer skills; comfortable working in a physically demanding environment; ability to operate industrial equipment as required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
