We operate 24/7, primarily producing and bottling Fireball Cinnamon Whisky and other famous spirit brands such as 99 Brand, Parrot Bay, and Dr. McGillicuddy's. Job Description/Responsibilities
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for leading warehouse operations including order picking, truck loading, inventory management, and forklift operations within a customs bonded warehouse environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Cycle counts, physical inventories, shipment verification, and quality control of outgoing products
- Cookout outbound appointments, supporting loading and staging crews, and ensuring compliance with all federal and state labeling requirements prior to shipment
- Manage customs bonded warehouse entries, withdrawals, and inventory
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Qualifications/Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to operate industrial equipment as required
- Strong interpersonal skills, good vision and manual dexterity, solid computer skills
- Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization
- Two years experience in distribution, warehousing, and/or transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 1 year continuous experience in every previous job
- Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Strong planning and organizational skills and record of successful leadership

Pay & Schedule
The hourly range for this role is $23.30 - $25.88 (not including the $2 shift differential). Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
