Average Day as a Warehouse Lead

• Check in with your team, ensuring the warehouse is organized and fully stocked
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations with a sharp eye on safety and efficiency
• Manage warehouse inventory using the Skyboss app, run reports for accounting, and work with sales reps to guarantee you're getting the best deals on materials
• Update operational policies and pitch in on deliveries
• Put away newly received materials or supervise security operations

Are You the Leader We're Looking For?

• Valid driver's license
• Excellent understanding of warehouse inventory, procedures, and inventory controls
• Proficient computer skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong people skills
• Ability to work extended hours
• 2+ years of warehouse experience is preferred
