Warehouse Lead

A Day in the Life

As an Order Fulfillment Processor Lead, you will lead the order fulfillment team by ensuring the picking, packing, and outbound auditing processes meet client Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You'll interact closely with team members and clients involved in the active lifestyle industry.

Responsibilities

• Engage in interactions with the team to foster success
• Show keen attention to detail and organizational skills
• Motivate and celebrate team wins
• Ensure processes are accurately followed and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met
• Oversee the training and cross-training of team members
• Lead and delegate various order fulfillment tasks within SLAs
• Collaborate with the Supervisor to plan labor requirements based on forecasts and Client Services team direction
• Pick, pack, scan, tag, and perform other general warehouse duties
• Follow NRI safety rules, procedures, security protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Keep work and storage areas safe, clean, and tidy

Requirements

• Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties without extensive direction
• Detail-oriented and able to motivate and celebrate team successes
• Experience leading personnel to ensure effective and efficient performance
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior experience in warehousing/light industrial, with Lead experience a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
• Age 18 or older to apply
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walk and stand for extended periods, climb ladders/stairs, tolerate conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required

Pay

$22.50 per hour (includes $1.00 shift differential)

Schedule

2nd Shift: Monday to Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm
