Warehouse Lead

About the role

ORBIS RPM is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Lead to support all Warehouse Associate duties while also serving as a back-up to the Service Center Manager and/or Service Center Supervisor.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and model ORBIS standards and expectations.
• Perform production and warehouse tasks as needed.
• Accurately complete daily paperwork and documentation.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
• Communicate quality or inventory concerns to the Service Center Manager.
• Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials safely.
• Follow and reinforce all company safety rules and policies.
• Assist management in achieving financial goals for the service center.
• Follow proper protocols for employee incidents and customer complaints.
• Ensure team members meet job expectations and adhere to ORBIS policies.

Work Experience

• 1 year of distribution or warehouse experience.
• Prior forklift experience required.
• Prior leadership experience.

Shift Hours

4 PM - 12:30 AM
