Warehouse Lead

Role Overview: This position supports warehouse operations for animal health products, focusing on inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipment processing. Key Responsibilities Process inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to ensure accurate product movement and timely order fulfillment.Prepare shipments, packaging, and staging materials to meet handling and dispatch requirements.Reconcile inventory discrepancies, monitor stock levels, and manage storage conditions to maintain inventory integrity.Investigate and resolve issues related to damaged shipments, handling problems, and operational exceptions.Document shipment statuses, inventory updates, and operational anomalies to ensure accurate warehouse visibility. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma/GED; related associate degree or experience preferred.Minimum of 3 years in warehouse support, logistics, shipping, or inventory control.Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipment prep, and safety practices.Strong attention to detail, data verification skills, and ability to resolve operational issues.Effective communication skills and ability to manage work priorities and support process improvements.
