Warehouse Lead
About the role
The Dixon Group is seeking a Warehouse Lead to support daily warehouse operations and lead a team in Dallas, NC.
Responsibilities
- Leading, training, and supporting a team to meet daily production goals
- Performing shipping, receiving, stocking, picking, and packing activities
- Reviewing, verifying, and processing customer orders accurately
- Replenishing materials and maintaining inventory organization
- Promoting a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
- Operating within an automated warehouse management system (WMS)
- Adapting to changing priorities and daily workflow needs
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or material-handling experience preferred
- Forklift experience or willingness to be trained and certified
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
- Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills
- A sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlines
- Flexibility to take on various tasks as needed

Pay
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday
