Warehouse Lead

About the role
The Warehouse Lead is an integral part of the Operations Team, ensuring accurate inventory levels, managing Kanban items replenishment, leading the receiving process, and supporting the kitting process for production.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely receipt of raw goods
- Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and enforcing security procedures/protocols
- Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts
- Maintain organization of warehouse and identify opportunities for improvement
- Oversee kitting process to ensure accurate and timely delivery of production kits to the production area
- Support training of new Warehouse employees or other employees interacting with the Warehouse
- Identify and implement new opportunities to improve safety and inventory control procedures
- Maintain, update, and report key performance indicators to plant management daily
- Perform other job duties as assigned

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment to support production efficiency, prevent product damage, and prevent injuries
- Demonstrated warehouse experience with progressive responsibility in a warehouse role
- Experience managing others preferred
- Experience in the building industry, manufacturing, or high-volume logistics preferred
- Strong attention to detail
Pay
The hourly pay rate is $28 - $31/hr with bonus opportunity.
