Warehouse Lead

Position Overview: Lead Warehouse role supporting third-party logistics operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update documentation for accuracy and traceability.Coordinate team activities and communicate requirements effectively.Escalate complex equipment or system issues with detailed observations.Guide less-experienced team members on standard practices.Participate in training and knowledge sharing to enhance technical skills. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED.Over 3 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or supply chain roles.Ability to interpret technical documents and system diagrams.Experience troubleshooting automated and PLC-controlled equipment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Preferred certifications: CSCP, ISO 9001 Internal or Lead Auditor. Compensation: $23.55/hour base, with shift differentials and performance incentives.
