Warehouse Lead

About the role

Join our shipping and receiving team and use your previous knowledge to help guide the shipping department to success as a Lead in the department.

Responsibilities

• Properly prepare product for shipment according to specifications and/or customer requirements.
• Transport material in the shipping department.
• Pick and pack orders utilizing an RF scanner.
• Operate stand-up reach forklift.
• Ensure zero product delinquency.
• Focus on continuous improvement.
• Execute standard procedures.
• Aid logistics team to fulfill tasks on time, every time.
• Provide ideas on how to improve processes in a strong continuous improvement environment.
• Assist in building a best-in-class service culture by driving positive customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in shipping and receiving.
• 2+ years of experience operating a forklift.
• 2+ years of experience using a RF scanner.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Basic computer skills.

• The ability to work at a fast pace and meet rates.
• The ability to ensure productivity/quality requirements are met.

Benefits

We offer a full benefits package that full-time employees are eligible for on day 1. This role is Monday-Friday 10a-6:30pm with overtime possible on Saturdays.

Pay

The typical hiring salary for this role, ranges from USD $19.00 to $19.50 per hour but varies by specific work location. Within a range, Resideo determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience.
