Warehouse Lead Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist 3rd Shift Leadership during the shift.
• Assign daily work tasks and monitor employee productivity to ensure operational goals are achieved.
• Cookier workflow and assist with order picking and loading job functions.
• Ensure all shipments are processed accurately and on schedule.
• Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Train, coach, and mentor warehouse team members to improve performance and efficiency.
• Address operational issues, resolve employee concerns, and escalate matters to management when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Complete required reports, shift documentation, and communicate important updates during shift transitions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce operational errors.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous warehouse experience is required; leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is required.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applications is needed.
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift is required.
