Warehouse Lead - 6:00am to 2:30pm

Responsibilities

• Carries out the Company's organizational values and operating in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies.
• Under the direction of the Supervisor, provide leadership to the team through effective communications, coaching, appraising, and recognizing.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Continuously promotes safety (accident review and improvement opportunities).
• Ensures that work is available for operators and completes tasks on time.
• Directs flow of material, either inbound or outbound.
• Gives direction to Forklift Operators or Warehouse Associates to move resources to available work.
• Covers in absence of Warehouse Supervisor when needed.
• Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required.
