Warehouse Lead 2nd Shift (FT)

Location: Milan, OH (On‑Site). Position: Warehouse Lead – 2nd Shift (Full‑Time).

About the role

Freudenberg‑NOK Sealing Technologies, a joint venture between Freudenberg and NOK Corp., operates more than 20 facilities across the Americas. The Warehouse Lead supports the team by coordinating departmental activities, ensuring product quality, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Delegate and assign work duties.
• Coordinate departmental activities with other Freudenberg‑NOK personnel, cells, and support functions, both internal and external to the facility.
• Identify and initiate appropriate action to prevent nonconformities related to product, process, and quality systems, either directly or through designated channels.
• Control further processing and delivery of nonconforming product until deficiencies are corrected.
• Support training and maintain the training matrix within the assigned zone and reporting job classes.
• Engage and develop the team for continuous improvement.
• Identify and address safety concerns.
• Lead by example and enable a positive workplace.
• Report work results, concerns, and improvement ideas up the organization.
• Assign job responsibilities and evaluate for completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills required to successfully lead a large team.
• Previous experience in leading people.
• Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Office Excel, and Word.
• Experience with ERP or EMS operations systems; specific knowledge of SAP and Bartender software is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and train employees.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills: clear, concise, and proactive engagement with colleagues.
