Warehouse Lead - 2nd Shift

What You’ll Do

• Work with hand tools, knives, machinery and other equipment to process meat products for the consumer.
• Support the management team by understanding the full operations of the line, as well as supporting training and development of production employees.
• Work in a physically demanding environment, including standing on concrete and/or platforms for up to a 12-hour shift, working around animal blood and/or carcass parts, working with a knife (if trained), working in cold and/or warm areas, working in a noisy environment, using personal protective equipment (PPE), working with sanitation/cleaning chemicals, and working around strong smells/odors.
• May require certification in order to operate various pieces of equipment required for the position.
