Key Benefits

- Shift Hours: 2nd shift: 12:00pm to 8:00pm Mon-Fri
- Ability to train on 1st shift

Responsibilities
- Train employees on all aspects of the warehouse
- Work collaboratively with department leads on manners within the plant
- Serve as the main trainer for new and current warehouse associates
- Ensure that all warehouse associates have the tools and understanding to succeed in their positions
- Coach associates in the warehouse on performance, work with management if discipline is necessary
- Work alongside the Warehouse Supervisor during performance review process
- Address any associate conflicts, complaints or concerns within a timely manner, involving management and or/HR as necessary
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Leadership experience is preferred
- Attention to detail and high sense of urgency
- Project management skills
- Knowledge with Microsoft Office systems
