We should keep that as prose.
Responsibilities: The list after "MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:" includes many sentences. We need to turn each into
- . Let's extract them:
- The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for the actions and activity of all Warehouse Operator’s.
- The lead position will monitor progress, delegate additional tasks, and utilize controls to ensure that all operators are performing their job as outlined at a proficient or above-average level.
- The Warehouse Lead will promote and enforce Medline safety, operational, and procedural policies.
- The Warehouse Lead will also be responsible for Warehouse Operator training related to these policies.

- Housekeeping: Maintain housekeeping of assigned aisles, which includes debris removal, floor sweeping, rack cleaning, and skid maintenance (fix distraught skids, remove hanging debris, etc.).
- Perform cycle count to confirm accuracy of the raw materials and finished goods at all time. Ensures the transactions and adjustments are accurately entered in the ERP systems.

- Ability to perform general maintenance tasks to material handling equipment, including battery charging, battery exchange, battery maintenance (water, checklists, etc.), and general cleaning.
- Other task as assigned by the Manager.
We need to keep them as list items.
Requirements: Minimum job requirements: Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Certification/Licensure: None (maybe we can omit if none). Work Experience: 2 years' experience in a Manufacturing or Production environment, 2 years' experience operating a stand-up forklift, 2 years' experience operating a reach truck. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills, Basic knowledge and use of hand tools, Sound decision making skills, Good math, reading, writing skills, Demonstrate mechanical aptitude, Strong troubleshooting skills.
We could combine into a list.
Qualifications: Preferred job requirements: none (Education: None, Work Experience: 1 years' experience in a supervisory role, Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: None). Since they are essentially none, we might skip Qualifications section because no real specific content. The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. For Qualifications, we have "None" for education, work experience 1 year supervisory, knowledge/skills none. That's somewhat specific: 1 year supervisory experience is specific. But they also say "None" for education and knowledge/skills. Might be considered filler? The work experience is specific. However the heading "Qualifications" could contain that. But we already have Skills section for knowledge/skills/abilities. We could put the preferred work experience under Requirements? Or we could have a Qualifications section with that specific item. However the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could combine preferred experience into Requirements or Skills. Let's decide to put the 1 year supervisory experience under Requirements as additional experience. Or we could create a Qualifications section with that bullet. But to keep few sections, we can incorporate into Requirements.
Thus we may have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including education, experience, skills), Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
Skills: we could separate knowledge/skills/abilities into Skills section. But we already have them in Requirements. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can choose to include Skills if we have content. We have knowledge/skills/abilities list. So we could put them under Skills. Then Requirements could be education and experience only. Let's do that.
Thus:
- About the role: prose from job summary.
- Responsibilities: ul list of duties.
- Requirements: education and experience (minimum). Could also include preferred supervisory experience? Might be better to put under Requirements as well. But we could put under Requirements both minimum and preferred? Might be messy. Let's put minimum education and experience under Requirements. Preferred supervisory experience could go under Requirements as well (or we could add a separate Qualifications but we said we prefer few sections). I'll add it under Requirements as additional experience.
- Skills: knowledge/skills/abilities list (both minimum and maybe none for preferred). We'll list the skills from minimum.
- Benefits: prose about benefit package.
- Pay: include pay range info: "$22-$25 per hour plus $1.50 shift differential" and also "Anticipated Salary Range For This Position: $22.75 - $33.00 Hourly". We'll combine.
- Schedule: "Schedule: 6p-630a; 2/2/3 rotating schedule"
We must not repeat job title as heading.
