Warehouse Job Coach (Arvin)

About the role

We’re seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Job Coach to work alongside our clients at a well-known warehouse in Arvin, CA. As a Job Coach, you'll work directly with a small group of clients (typically 3–4 individuals). These clients are eager to work and grow—you’ll be right there beside them, offering guidance, encouragement, and practical training to help them succeed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize warehouse floors, restrooms, breakrooms, and work areas according to safety and hygiene standards.
• Perform routine waste removal and recycling duties.
• Provide hands-on support while encouraging independence and workplace confidence.
• Monitor productivity to ensure team goals are met.
• Identify each client’s strengths and growth areas, and provide one-on-one training when needed.
• Document progress and keep open communication with supervisors and case managers.
• Create a supportive, professional, and inclusive work environment for our clients and employer partners.

Requirements

• Someone who enjoys warehouse work and truly wants to make a positive impact.
• Experience in warehouse or production settings is strongly preferred.
• Background working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities is a plus, but not required.
• Must be 21 years or older, with a high school diploma or GED.
• A valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Pay

Starting rate: $19.00 per hour.

Schedule

Tuesday - Saturday, 2 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
