Warehouse Janitorial Associate

Location: 11207 US Highway 59 North, Victoria, TX 77905, United States

Pay Rate: $15.00 – $16.24 per hour (starting at $15.00)

Schedule: Days and nights vary, including weekends; shifts of 15–20 hours per week (full‑time 30+ hours per week eligible for benefits).

Responsibilities

• Clean restrooms, break areas (indoor and outdoor), and office areas.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and remove trash.
• Ensure all walkways are clean and tidy at all times.
• Clean totes and other items.
• Perform deep‑cleaning tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety and quality standards.
• Other basic janitorial duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 lb.
• Frequent walking throughout the facility during the entire shift.
• Capability to stand and walk for 10–12 hours.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and chemical safety sheets (English; Spanish where required).
• Dexterity in eye‑hand coordination, foot pedals, and repetitive hand/wrist motions.
• Use of KBS Presence mobile time‑keeping app on a personal device; cell‑phone reimbursement provided.
