Warehouse Janitorial Associate

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has immediate full‑time, permanent openings for a Warehouse Janitorial Associate/Cleaning Crew Member. Responsibilities
- Clean restrooms, break areas (indoor/outdoor), and office areas
- Sweep, mop, dust, and remove trash
- Ensure all walkways are clean and tidy at all times
- Clean totes and other items
- Perform deep cleaning as needed
- Follow all safety and quality standards
- Perform other basic janitorial duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
- Frequent walking in and around the facility throughout the shift
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 10‑12 hours
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and chemical handling sheets (generally in English; Spanish where state‑required)
- Dexterity in eye/hand coordination, foot pedals, manual tasks (picking, pinching, holding, grasping), and wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation)
- Must download and use the KBSPresence mobile timekeeping app on a personal device; cell phone reimbursement is provided for work‑related use

Pay
Starting pay: $16.00 per hour. Progressive pay increases: $0.50 after the first 90 days, plus an additional $0.30 after completing 180 days.
Schedule
Days/nights vary, including weekends. Shifts available: Sunday‑Wednesday, 5:00 am‑4:00 pm.
