About the role

As a Warehouse Cleaning/Conservancy Associate you will work in a dynamic environment, contributing to workplace safety and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Schedule

Work hours vary, including nights and weekends. Available shifts:

• Sunday – Wednesday: 5 pm – 4 am or 7 pm – 6 am
• Wednesday – Saturday: 7 pm – 6 am (both options listed)

Pay

• Starting wage: $15 per hour
• Progressive pay (where offered): +$0.50 after 90 days, +$0.30 after 180 days

Responsibilities

• Clean bathrooms and break areas (both interior and exterior)
• Sweep, mop, dust, and remove trash
• Maintain clean and orderly aisles at all times
• Handle clean bags and other cleaning supplies
• Perform deep‑cleaning tasks as needed
• Follow all safety and quality standards
• Complete additional basic cleaning duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move containers up to 49 lb
• Frequent walking throughout the facility during the entire shift
• Capacity to stand and walk for up to 10–12 hours
• Background check and drug test required
• Ability to read and interpret safety, operation, and maintenance documents (often in English, sometimes in Spanish)
• Hand‑eye‑foot coordination and repetitive wrist movement skills
• Use of KBS’s mobile time‑keeping app (KBSPresence) on a personal device; phone‑use reimbursement provided per local law
