Warehouse Janitorial Associate

About the role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has immediate full‑time, permanent openings for Warehouse Janitorial Associate/Cleaning Crew Members. The position involves working in a fast‑paced environment to maintain safety and cleanliness in warehouse facilities.

Responsibilities

• Clean restrooms, break areas (indoor and outdoor), and office areas
• Sweep, mop, dust, and remove trash
• Ensure all walkways are clean and tidy at all times
• Clean totes and other items
• Perform deep‑cleaning tasks as needed
• Follow all safety and quality standards
• Other basic janitorial duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 lb
• Frequent walking throughout the facility during the entire shift
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10–12 hours
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and chemical‑handling documents (generally in English; Spanish where required)
• Dexterity in eye/hand coordination, foot pedals, and repetitive wrist motion

All non‑exempt employees must download and use the KBSPresence mobile app on a personal device for timekeeping; cell‑phone reimbursement is provided where required by law.

Pay

Starting pay: $16.5 per hour.

Schedule

• Days/nights vary, including weekends
• Shift available: 7 am – 3:30 pm
