Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM. Pay-for-performance program allows associates to earn additional compensation by meeting productivity thresholds.

About the role

As a warehouse associate you may work in one of the following areas:

  • Warehouse Inventory Control: Review inventory, reconcile discrepancies, identify delivery shortages, and maintain records to minimize errors. Operate material-handling equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, electric pallet jacks) while adhering to safety procedures.
  • Warehouse Clerk: Confirm product accuracy, address discrepancies and damages, and communicate professionally with internal and external contacts. Operate material-handling equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, electric pallet jacks) while adhering to safety procedures.

Note: associates may be moved into any of the above roles or SC1/SC2 roles as needed. Safety is our top priority; you will be expected to ensure safe work practices and embrace our safety culture.

Requirements

  • Perform and understand warehouse operations.
  • Work independently, demonstrate analytical thinking, and solve problems.
  • Use Windows-based computers, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and learn WMS systems.
  • Communicate and collaborate with team members at all levels to ensure successful customer outcomes.
  • Adopt an inclusive approach to build strong relationships and resolve issues.
  • Perform basic housekeeping in assigned warehouse areas.
  • Quickly adopt safety procedures and ensure safe work practices.
  • Be trained and certified to operate power material-handling equipment (e.g., forklift, electric pallet jack).
  • Basic English language skills (verbal and written).

Qualifications

  • Pass a drug screen to the extent permissible by law.
  • If hired as a full-time associate, ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift as required by business needs.
  • Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull boxes/merchandise weighing 70–100 pounds by hand.
  • Must wear safety composite work shoes.
  • Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of related experience in a warehouse environment, including MHE experience and ability to become certified (e.g., forklift, cherry picker, turret, electric pallet jack).
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
