Job Title: Warehouse Inventory Control Clerk I Job ID: 1ACIJP00004166|BP-43489 Reporting Location: Tempe AZ Pay Rate:$25.00 / hr Job Summary Purchasing/Procurement Coordinator needed onsite at the Tempe Milk Plant (1115 W Alameda Drive, Tempe, AZ 85282), 5 days/week, 8am-4pm Arizona time (M-F, schedule flexible with hiring manager; overtime as needed). Roles And Responsibilities Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely procurement of critical materialsMonitor inventory of maintenance and operational supplies, maintaining optimal stock levels and purchasing complianceAssist maintenance teams in forecasting material and tool needs for preventive maintenance while upholding regulatory/company standardsAssist in managing facility service contracts (HVAC, janitorial, equipment repairs), ensuring alignment with company policiesPrepare reports on purchasing activities, costs, and vendor performance for management review and auditsSupport administrative tasks related to facility management, procurement, and complianceCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance and production staff Experience 1-2 years in an office or manufacturing environmentPurchasing/procurement experience, especially in manufacturing/production (nice to have) Key Skills Manufacturing, inventory, and warehouse knowledgeProcurement and purchasing software/inventory management systems (nice to have)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and negotiation skillsMultitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environmentBasic understanding of facility maintenance and operational needs (advantage) Eligibility & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (additional procurement/supply chain education a plus)Must be eligible for indefinite-duration employment without limitations
