Warehouse Inventory Clerk Shift 2

Job Summary The Warehouse Inventory Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting inventory control operations within the warehouse. This position ensures the accuracy of stored goods, monitors inventory levels, conducts audits, and assists with forecasting inventory requirements. The role works closely with warehouse operations to facilitate the efficient movement of products, verify order accuracy, and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings. Location: 955 N Graham Rd. Greenwood, IN 46143 Schedule: 10 am - 6pm (Mandatory overtime may be required before or after scheduled shifts, as well as on Saturdays, depending on client needs) Pay rate: $19 + Shift Differential Job Responsibilities Conduct projects for inventory review and accuracyPerform quantitative analysis to eliminate waste and advance needs forecastPlan, execute, and analyze inventory audits and statistical test countsOversee catalog; facilitate and log all movements of goodsProactively plan and anticipate inventory needs and communicate as appropriateMonitor, generate and interpret reports necessary to understand inventory needsImproves processesIdentify cost savings opportunities through improvementsOther duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma Aptitude to learn statistical programming Preferred Ability to review process/system issues identify root cause and take actions solve themDemand/inventory planning systemsData querying from multiple sourcesInfrequent travel may be required Physical Requirements Work requires some muscular exertion and/or physical strain such as standing for long periods of time, recurring bending, lifting, or lowering of items weighing up to 25 pounds.
